Unlimited Conference Calls FAQs |

How do I pay for service? The flat rate plan is a pre-paid plan which is billed to your credit card. based on the size of the plan that you choose. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Can I change the size of my plan? Absolutely. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your conference call situation demands.

Can I choose the location of the
"dial in" access number that my conference call participants will call? No. Conference call participants for the flat rate
unlimited plan dial a local access number connected to any of the seven
conferencing bridges that are utilized for this plan. These bridges are
located in Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota, and Texas.
What is the
difference between a flat rate and a per minute rate? A per minute plan charges the client by the minute for
each participant on the call. These plans typically involve calling a
toll free number. The flat rate unlimited plan is an "all you can eat"
plan that allows you to use the service as much as you require for our
low monthly fee (based on the size of your plan).

Do you offer separate toll free plans? Yes. We recognize that some companies and
organizations will want to assume the costs of their conference call
participants. We offer a couple of different options in this regard. Our premium Pay as You Go service charges 6.9¢ per minute via toll free access from all 50 U.S. states as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The service is loaded with special features such as free MP3 recordings, free conference manager, attendance reports, 24/7 customer assistance, and more. For businesses or organizations who don't need all the bells and whistles of our premium conference calls service, we offer a no frills service called Together Talk that charges just 2.5¢ per minute toll free access for all 50 U.S. states. However, this service offers no customer service, no attendance reports, and limited touchtone prompt features.
Does it really matter whether we choose a regular "toll" dial in
number or a toll free dial in number? Increasingly,
"no" - and there are a number of reasons for this. We find that the majority
of U.S. conference call participants own a mobile phone that typically
includes free state-to-state long distance calling. Many conference
call participants have a "built in" nationwide calling plan. For these
folks, it doesn't matter if they dial a toll free number or a regular
U.S. number.
Many local phones companies now offer unlimited U.S.
calls. Therefore, many customers are able to call into our conference
bridge numbers and not pay any long distance charges.
Furthermore, unlimited
calling plans have become widespread in Canada and several parts of
Europe, enabling customers in these countries to take advantage of our
unlimited conference call plan without incurring any additional long
distance charges from their country.
The important thing for you when selecting a
plan is to gain an understanding of your conference call audience (i.e.,
how they plan to access your conference call).

Can we
access the service using
Skype or other VoIP services? We have a
number of customers who utilize the unlimited flat rate conference call
service from outside the U.S. using Skype, Vonage, and other VoIP
services.
Is
there a term contract? No. Your account is month
to month. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Your credit
card on file is typically billed on the 25th of each month for your
usage in the following month. You would simply need to cancel your
account before the 25th of any given month to avoid the pre-paid charges
for the following month.

What
type of line quality can I expect? Our service is bolstered by AT & T digital lines. Our
multiple conference bridges are monitored constantly to manage capacity
and ensure superior audio quality. We are certain that you will enjoy
our service and its dramatic savings.
Can the conference moderator increase the volume or mute
individual lines? Absolutely. To increase
the volume on a conference call, the leader or moderator simply enters [
* 4 ] on the phone keypad. This will immediately increase the volume
to all lines in the conference. The moderator can mute all lines by
entering [ * 5 ]. Individual call participants can mute their lines by
entering [ * 6 ].

Is it possible to determine the
number of
participants on any given call? Yes. When the moderator
presses [ * 8 ], our system will announce the number of participants on
the call. This message is heard only by the conference moderator, and
can be queried as many times as necessary throughout the conference
call.
How long does it take to
establish service? We will issue your
moderator passcode and participants passcode after debiting your credit
card for the first month's charges. We generally set up service the
same business day.
Can I
test the service? Absolutely. Just click on
the Contact Us button on the Menu Bar above, Let us know how to reach
you. We would be happy to schedule a time during which you can "meet
us" on the conference bridge to test the line quality for yourself. We
are confident that you will be impressed.
