IAS uses excellent underlying carriers, and our customers have given us excellent feedback on their line quality. There are no sign-up fees or monthly fees of any sort. The service works from cell phones in additional to regular land telephone lines. IAS bills all international and domestic calls in 6 second increments after the first 30 seconds, which provides for even further savings.
