U.S. Abroad Pc2phone Service

The new Koala Calling U.S. Abroad Pc2phone service is designed for U.S. citizens residing abroad who have the ability to make pre-payment via ACH Direct Deposit from their U.S. bank account or via PayPal. The service is ideal for international educators, armed services personnel, diplomatic officials, missionaries, and other U.S. workers overseas who require high quality voice over internet on a budget. While most users will take advantage of our cutting-edge Pc2phone software, other customers may choose to access the service from our unique web dialer. Customers also have the option of configuring the service to Linksys devices, Fring Mobile Dialers, and Nokia E-series Mobile Dialers.

Calls begin from your computer - on which the dialer software is installed.  Customers may also use our web-based dialer.   After logging onto your account with your assigned Account Number and PIN, you simply dial the destination number on the keypad.   To dial the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, you simply enter 1 followed by the area code and number.  To dial elsewhere in the world, you would enter the country code followed by the rest of the number. The dialer sends information via the Internet to our global network and generates a call to the phone number that the user intends to reach.

Charges and Payment:

There are no monthly maintenance fees or set-up costs.   This service requires pre-payment via ACH Direct Deposit from your U.S. bank or via PayPal.  Pre-paid deposits can be made in the amount of US $10, $25, or $50.   Credit is assigned to your account when we can verify the deposit.   Call costs are deducted on a real-time basis as individual users place calls over our network at our very attractive international rates. 

Users can view all call details from an assigned online portal.  Call details include the destination number, date/time of the call, duration, and cost of each individual call.

How to apply:

1. To begin the application process, use our secure, registration form. Be sure to designate the US $ amount that you intend to submit via ACH Direct Deposit or PayPal.
2. After we receive your registration, we will send you an E-mail advising re. our bank details for ACH Deposit. If you intend to make payment via PayPal, we will send you an invoice for payment.
3. After you have remitted payment either by ACH Direct Deposit or via PayPal, send us an E-mail with your bank reference number or the PayPal transaction ID.
4. We will set up the account that same day that we are able to confirm receipt of the funds. Confirmation will be sent via E-mail to the E-mail address listed on your online registration form.
