service. This service is convenient and easy to use, and provides dramatic
savings on your international calls. In addition to super savings on
international calls, your calls within the continental U.S. are billed at
just $0.09 per minute.
This service is especially geared toward travelling business people, military personnel, and international students at colleges and universities across the United States. There are no monthly fees, no connection surcharges, and NO hidden fees.
How does the United World Telecom U.S. Toll Free Access service work?
- Upon approval of your Service Request Application, you simply dial your U.S. toll free access number, which is 1-800-390-2475.
- Dial your toll free access number and listen for a voice prompt.
- At the prompt, enter your 10-digit authorization code.
- After entering your 10-digit authorization code, you will then hear a normal dial tone and be asked to enter your destination number.
- For overseas calls, you simply enter "011 + the country code + the overseas number." For calls to the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, you simply enter "1 + area code + number."

Do I get an actual calling card?
No, we won't send you an actual plastic calling card. We'll send you an E-mail with instructions on how to use the service that includes your 10-digit authorization code.
Payment:
This service is available with credit card billing only. United World Telecom currently accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. IAS will debit your credit card in the early part of each month Ò for charges incurred the month previous. On or about the 15th of each month, you will receive an invoice showing the detail of all calls and charges to your credit card based on the previous calendar month.
In order to keep your service active, it is imperative that funds are available with your credit card provider so that UWT can collect for payment due. If UWT attempts to collect payment and is unsuccessful, your authorization code will be temporarily disabled until payment can be collected. You must also make sure that your credit card has not expired.
