Forward or Divert Calls from New Zealand to any

location worldwide

If you have customers, affiliates, business partners or vendors in New Zealand, you can now provide them with a local phone number in Auckland (+64 9), Wellington (+64 4), Christchurch (+64 3), Dunedin (+64 3) and 15 other city locations in New Zealand that can be forwarded directly to you no matter where in the world you are located.  Our call forwarding service will divert calls from your New Zealand virtual number so that it rings directly to your mobile phone, fixed land line or PBX in any location worldwide.  Your “ring to” number (the number outside New Zealand on which you receive your calls) can be modified at any time via online account management.   You can change it to any number in the world that you wish.

Virtual phone numbers and Toll Free numbers

available across the globe

We offer one of the largest selections of local numbers worldwide. Our most popular New Zealand virtual numbers are Auckland (+64 9) and Christchurch (+64 3). You may choose from thousands of virtual numbers and toll free numbers across Asia, Europe, North America, and the rest of the world.  Whether you require a number in Auckland, Sydney, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, New York, London or elsewhere in the world, we can provide an international call forwarding solution that will broaden your global footprint.

New Zealand Toll Free numbers available as well

In addition to offering virtual phone numbers in New Zealand, we can also forward or divert your calls via a New Zealand toll free  number.  It simply depends on whether you prefer to establish your business presence with a specific city number (i.e., Auckland +64 9 or Christchurch +64 3, etc.) or, on the other hand, with a toll free number in New Zealand.  The choice is yours.

How does Global Call Forwarding work?

It's simple.  You must first set up an account with us.  To set up an account, use the above link.   You must select the city and city code of your local number, or virtual number, in New Zealand.  Using the drop-down menu on the sign-up form (where it says "Select Your New Phone Number"), you would select "New Zealand (+64)" in the first field and  "Auckland (+64 9)" - or any of the other available city locations in New Zealand - in the middle field.  On the right hand side of the signup page, you use the pull-down menu to designate your "ring to" (or destination number) outside New Zealand.

Once your account has been approved and set up, the virtual number is active.  Your callers in New Zealand dial your assigned virtual number.  When dialing the virtual number, the callers are automatically connected to your mobile number or landline number wherever in the world you are located.  You can divert your calls to any telephone number in the world when and as your circumstances require.  You can customize your settings and route calls anywhere in the world – when, where, and how you want it.  You can even divert or forward calls to a VoIP/SIP address.

How can I forward calls from my existing

New Zealand phone number?

Forwarding calls from your existing phone number in New Zealand, whether it is a fixed land line or a mobile phone, is simple. You simply forward calls from your existing phone number to the virtual phone number that you have purchased from us.  When callers dial your existing phone number, calls will then forward to your virtual number - which, in turn, forwards to your destination (or "ring to") number.  There is NO delay in the call transfer.  The fact that the call is being forwarded outside of New Zealand will be undetected by the person calling your number.

Manage "ring to" number online

You have complete control via online account management as to "where" your virtual number will ring.  You can easily change your "ring to" number via the web, 24/7.  You simply login your account and change the destination number to any other landline or mobile phone number - in real time. You can also configure your New Zealand virtual phone number to ring simultaneously as well as sequentially on as many numbers as you want. These numbers can be forwarded to office phones, home landlines, cell phones, and even satellite phones.

Establish a business presence in New Zealand
Setting up a virtual phone number in New Zealand allows you to establish a business presence there without having a physical location.    If your company has clients and prospective customers located in Sao Paulo, Rio, Belo Horizonte, Recife or elsewhere in New Zealand, our service will allow these clients to call you just as though they were making a local call as opposed to an international call.   We can help your business grow faster. Furthermore, one of the benefits of having a local call forwarding number in New Zealand is that the number is accessible from virtually any country, as opposed to toll free number in New Zealand (which is likely not accessible from outside New Zealand).

Clients in New Zealand more likely to call a local
number than to make an international call
It’s a simple fact that clients in Auckland or elsewhere in New Zealand are more likely to dial a local number than making an international call.   Having a local number in New Zealand not only gives you the business presence there, but it also indicates that you are serious about doing business.

Did you know?

The New Zealand economy has gone from being one of the most regulated in the OECD to one of the least regulated, most free-market based economies.

Fertile soil and excellent growing conditions coupled with sophisticated farming methods and advanced agricultural technology provide the ideal environment for pastoral, forestry and horticulture activities. Various primary commodities account for around half of all goods exports and New Zealand is one of the top five dairy exporters in the world.

New Zealand has a very export-driven competitive economy with exports accounting for about 30% of GDP

Complementing primary production are sizeable manufacturing and service sectors and growing high-tech capabilities. Tourism, film production, and winemaking are also significant.

Five Great Plans from which to Choose

We recognize that our clients have varying needs in terms of usage levels.  Some customers require a local or virtual number for contact purposes only - but do not anticipate significant usage in terms of incoming minutes on a monthly basis.  Other customers anticipate heavy volume coming into their local or virtual number, and seek to maximize savings.  We have created five different rate plans from which to choose, each of which is designed to meet the anticipated usage levels of our valued customers.

What does the caller pay?

Your caller in New Zealand is responsible for local charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing your virtual or local phone number.  If your caller is calling from outside New Zealand, he/she will incur whatever charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to New Zealand.

If you opt for getting a New Zealand toll free number, the caller pays nothing since this call is toll free from anywhere in New Zealand.

What does the account holder pay?

As the account holder, you pay the rate of forwarding the call from your virtual phone number in New Zealand to your "ring to" telephone number in wherever in the world you may be located.  Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select (see below).  Your "ring to" number may be a fixed land line or a mobile phone, and you may change it to another number anywhere else in the world via online account management.
