How does Global Call Forwarding work?
It's simple. You must first set up an account with us. To set up an account, use the above link. You must first select the country from which you would like to order a virtual or toll free number. Using the drop-down menu on the sign-up form (where it says "Select Your New Phone Number"), you would select "Fiji (+679)" and then, in the middle field, "Fiji (Toll Free)." On the right hand side of the signup page, you use the pull-down menu to designate your "ring to" (or destination number) wherever in the world you may be located.
Once your account has been approved and set up, the toll free number will be active. Your callers in Fiji dial your assigned toll free number. When dialing the virtual number, the callers are automatically connected to your mobile number, fixed land line or PBX. You can divert your calls to any telephone number in the world when and as your circumstances require. What does the caller pay?
Your caller in Fiji pays nothing since "toll free" means that there is literally no toll/fee for the person placing the call as long as they are placing that call from within Fiji.
What does the account holder pay?
As the account holder, you pay the rate of forwarding the call from your Fiji toll free number to your "ring to" destination telephone number wherever in the world you happen to be located. Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select (see below). Your "ring to" number may be a fixed land line, PBX, or mobile phone and you may change it to another number anywhere else in the world via online account management.
Customers can make payment via major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, wire transfer, bank checks, money order or Western Union Quick Pay. Each month you will receive an electronic invoice by E-mail that lists the complete call details of every Global Call Forwarding number you have. Your invoice includes your payment details as well as quick reminders of new features to our services. Please note that invoice via E-mail is our standard invoice delivery method and is free of charge. However, you may choose to receive your invoices by mail at an additional fee.
