It's simple. You must first set up an account with us. To set up an account, use the above link. You must select the city and city code of your local number, or virtual number, in Colombia. Using the drop-down menu on the sign-up form (where it says "Select Your New Phone Number"), you would select "Colombia (+57)" in the first field and "Bogota (+57 1)" - or any of the other available city locations in Colombia - in the middle field. On the right hand side of the signup page, you use the pull-down menu to designate your "ring to" (or destination number) outside Colombia.
Once your account has been approved and set up, the virtual number is active. Your callers in Colombia dial your assigned virtual number. What does the caller pay?
Your caller in Colombia is responsible for local charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing your virtual or local phone number. If your caller is calling from outside Colombia, he/she will incur whatever charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to Colombia.
If you opt for getting a Colombia toll free number, the caller pays nothing since this call is toll free from anywhere in Colombia.
What does the account holder pay?
As the account holder, you pay the rate of forwarding the call from your virtual phone number in Colombia to your "ring to" telephone number in wherever in the world you may be located. Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select (see below).
