Extensions offer companies an excellent option for saving time by enabling customers to quickly connect with the appropriate department, division or representative of your company upon calling your main phone number. This means less time spent searching for the right person to speak to for the customer, while quickly getting their needs met and receiving excellent communications from the start of their call. The Advanced IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is a feature that allows a computer greeting system to receive incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate department or extension. The caller simply navigates the customized menu through the use of voice and the telephone keypad. You can create a welcome message, include announcements, prompts, call destinations, email destinations, and more.
API stands for Application Program Interface, and it is code that gives two separate software programs the ability to communicate and interact with one another. Our application is an excellent mechanism that enables you to better serve your customers, creating greater communication efforts and seamless correspondence between software.
With this feature, you can record your own special greeting for the system to announce every time someone dials your local or toll free number before ringing to your phone. Example: If you record "Welcome to (name of company). Please wait while we connect your call" this message will be played first when someone dials your local or toll free number while the call is being forwarded to your existing phone.
This feature allows you to forward your incoming calls to different phone numbers at different times of the day, depending on your weekly schedule. You will be able to easily customize when and where each of your phone calls are forwarded.
For example, you can set up your number in a way that allows calls made in the morning between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to be forwarded to your office lines. From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, calls could be forwarded to your cell phone. After 10:00 PM until the following morning at 10:00 AM, calls could go directly to voice mail. You could also divert all calls to your voice mail during the weekend.
In case the main number you will answer may be busy or may not be always attended to take the call, you can enter multiple SIP accounts or phone numbers using multiple layers of Tier1 carriers to ensure all incoming calls get connected. So, when a call is made to your toll free or local number, if the main number does not answer in certain number of seconds (you can also set this grace period), the service instantly dials the next failover number in the system.

Fax to Email
The Fax to Email feature, also known as Forward Fax, enables your virtual numbers to receive and forward faxes directly to your email as a file. Fax to email forwarding, therefore, is the process by which a fax machine upon receiving an incoming fax, retransmits it to a pre-programmed destination such as an email address of a business or person, instead of printing it like a regular fax. This has the benefit of eliminating paper waste, which can also get lost easily while maintaining a digital trace and storage, which renders the tracking process much less difficult.

Local Ringback Tone
A local ringback tone is the signal tone that is heard by callers while the destination’s phone is ringing. Sequential Forwarding, also known as sequential ringing, is an efficient system used to deliver a call down a list of predetermined phone numbers if the first number doesn’t answer it. The benefit of sequential forwarding is the assurance that every call is acknowledged and answered. If an attendant is already on the phone or away from their desk, the call is simply forwarded to the next available attendant. This helps to minimize the ratio of unanswered calls.
Select Country Forwarding
Select country forwarding is a service that provides immense convenience for businesses by routing calls from different countries to select locations automatically. This is done through using advanced call forwarding through the IVR, which routes to specific numbers in specific countries to ensure callers receive customer service that meets their cultural and language needs.

While this feature is most useful for small businesses that do not have a PBX, large enterprises with sophisticated PBXs are showing interest in this feature for its ease of setup and its ability to utilize fewer PBX resources.
Black and White Lists
This feature permits you to create Black and White phone numbers list based on area codes or phone numbers. The system will automatically reject the incoming calls from the area codes or phone numbers that are included in the 'Black List'. The system will only connect the incoming calls from the area codes or phone numbers programmed in the 'White List.'
