Divert calls from UAE to Australia

If you are located in Australia - and have customers, affiliates, business partners or vendors in United Arab Emirates, you can now provide them with a local phone number in Dubai (+971 4) or Abu Dhabi (+971 2) that will ring directly to your mobile phone or fixed land line in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Canberra or anywhere else in Australia that you may be located.

Your “ring to” number (the number in Australia on which you receive your calls from UAE) can be modified at any time via online account management. You can change it to another number in Australia, or any other number in the world that you wish.  You can even forward calls from UAE to Australia by routing the calls to a VoIP/SIP address.

Establish a Business Presence in UAE

Setting up a UAE virtual phone number allows you to establish a business presence in Dubai or Abu Dhabi without having a physical location. Your clients in UAE can call you on the UAE virtual number while the call diverts to Australia. We can help your business grow faster.

Clients in UAE more likely to call a local number

It’s a simple fact that clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in UAE are more likely to dial an in-country number as opposed to making an international number call to Australia. Having a local UAE number not only gives you the presence in UAE, but it also indicates that you are serious about doing business. offers one of the largest selections of local numbers worldwide. We offer virtual phone numbers in over 2500 cities across the United States and in over 160 countries around the world.

UAE Toll Free numbers available as well

In addition to offering Dubai and Abu Dhabi virtual numbers, we can also forward or divert your calls from UAE to Australia via a UAE ITFS toll free phone number. It simply depends on whether you prefer to establish your business presence with a local/geographic phone number such as Dubai (+971 4) or with a UAE 800 toll free number. Either type of number will work perfectly well in forwarding calls from UAE to Australia.

What does the caller pay?

If you get a UAE (+971) virtual number, your caller in UAE is responsible for any charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing that local  number. If your caller is calling the UAE geographic number from outside UAE, he/she will incur whatever IDD charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to UAE.

If you opt instead for getting a UAE toll free 800 number, the caller pays nothing since this call is toll free from anywhere in United Arab Emirates.

What does the account holder pay?

As the account holder, you pay the rate of forwarding the call from your UAE virtual number (or the UAE toll free number) to your "ring to" telephone number in Australia (or to the SIP address). Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select (see below). Your "ring to" number may be a fixed land line or a mobile phone, and you may change it to another number anywhere else in the world via online account management. You may also forward your calls to a VoIP/SIP address.
