How does Global Call Forwarding work?
It's simple. You must first set up an account with us. To set up an account, use the above link. You must select the city and city code of your local number, or virtual number, in the U.S. Using the drop-down menu on the sign-up form (where it says "Select Your New Phone Number"), you select "United States (+1)" in the first field and then the state, city, and area code in the middle field. On the right hand side of the signup page, you use the pull-down menu to designate your "ring to" (or destination number) in Nicaragua.
Once your account has been approved and set up, the virtual number is active. Your callers in the United States (or anywhere else in the world, for that matter) are now able to dial your assigned virtual number. When dialing the virtual number, the callers are automatically connected to your Nicaragua mobile number, PBX or Nicaragua landline number. You can divert your calls to any telephone number in the world when and as your circumstances require. You can customize your settings and route calls anywhere in the world – when, where, and how you want it.
Manage "ring to" number online
You have complete control via online account management as to "where" your virtual number will ring. You can easily change your "ring to" number via the web, 24/7. You simply login your account and change the destination number to any other landline or mobile phone number - in real time.
You can also configure your U.S. virtual phone number or U.S. toll free number to ring simultaneously as well as sequentially on as many numbers as you want. These numbers can be forwarded to office phones, home landlines, cell phones, and even satellite phones.

What does the caller pay?
Your caller in the U.S. is responsible for local charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing your U.S. virtual number. Most U.S. telecom providers offer unlimited domestic calling plans, so chances are that your caller in the U.S. will encounter minimal - if any - charges. If your caller is calling from the United States, he/she will incur whatever charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to the U.S.
If you opt for getting a U.S. toll free number, the caller pays nothing since this call is toll free from anywhere across the country.
What does the account holder pay?
As the account holder, you pay the cost of forwarding calls from your U.S. virtual number or U.S. toll free number to the "ring to" number in Managua or elsewhere in Nicaragua. Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select (see below). Your "ring to" number may be a fixed land line or a mobile phone, and you may change it to another number in Nicaragua or anywhere else in the world via online account management.
