Can the service be used to forward calls from a China mobile phone to an international phone number?

What does the caller pay?
Your callers will assume whatever charges their local telecom provider assesses for dialing the local virtual number in China. If your caller dials the China virtual number from outside the country, he/she will incur whatever IDD charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to China.
