Can the service be used to forward calls from a China mobile phone to an international phone number?
It depends. We have many customers worldwide who use our service as a "bridge" to avoid roaming fees. They simply forward calls from their existing mobile number to the virtual phone number that they have purchased from us. In order for this to work, you must ensure that your current China mobile provider allows you to forward calls to another number in China.
If your current China provider does, in fact, allow you to forward calls to another China number, you would simply forward calls from your current China number to the virtual number that you purchase from us. When callers dial your existing phone number, calls would then forward to your China virtual number - which, in turn, forwards to your destination (or "ring to") number outside China. There is NO delay in the call transfer. The fact that the call is being forwarded to another country will be undetected by the person calling your number. We can mask the ringtone.
What does the caller pay?
Your callers will assume whatever charges their local telecom provider assesses for dialing the local virtual number in China. If your caller dials the China virtual number from outside the country, he/she will incur whatever IDD charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to China.

If you want the calls to forward to multiple numbers, you will have the ability to manage this after your account has been approved and provisioned. For the purpose of signing up, just list the first number to which calls should forward.
