Standard The Standard plan is an economical plan geared toward customers who anticipate modest usage. The plan includes a one-time set up fee and a recurring monthly fee. The set-up fee and monthly recurring fee varies based on the country. This plan does not include any minutes. Rather, you pay the recurring monthly fee to maintain the toll free or local number plus any additional minutes that result from calls made to your toll free or virtual number.
Preferred Our Preferred plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that starts as low as $15.95 per month for some countries and includes an allotted number of minutes. Additional minutes beyond the included monthly minutes are charged on a per minute basis. There is no set up fee for this plan. The plan includes the option to activate the RollOver minutes option.
Gold The Gold plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that starts as low as $55.95 per month for some countries and includes an increased number of allotted minutes at a lower per minute rate compared to the Preferred Plan. Additional minutes beyond the number of allotted minutes are also charged at the lower per minute rate. There is no set up fee for this plan. The plan includes the option to activate the RollOver minutes option.
Platinum The Platinum plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that is designed for our heaviest volume users. The plan charges a pre-paid amount that starts as low as $195.95 per month for some countries and offers our lowest per minute rate on international call forwarding. Additional minutes beyond the allotted minutes are charged at our lowest available per minute rates. The plan includes the option to activate the RollOver minutes option. This is our most robust plan designed for heavy users.
Payment options Customers can make payment via major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, wire transfer, bank checks, money order or Western Union Quick Pay. Each month you will receive an electronic invoice by E-mail that lists the complete call details of every Global Call Forwarding number you have. Your invoice includes your payment details as well as quick reminders of new features to our services. Please note that invoice via E-mail is our standard invoice delivery method and is free of charge. However, you may choose to receive your invoices by mail at an additional fee.
